I was back in the library again. Standing in front of this huge book. It felt important, but I wanted to see more – I felt like there was something deeper to access.
Then I heard sirens. In the real world, I live near firefighters and hospitals, so sirens are common. But this time I heard them inside the meditation, too. Loud and piercing. It pulled me halfway out of the experience.
But I stayed. I looked out the window of the library, and I saw something strange. A procession of beings, trapped in cages.
I turned to the librarian and asked, “What is this?”
He didn’t really answer. Just said “nothing.” And then the whole vision started fading. But not before I saw that I was also in a cage.
Everything around me was ash grey. The entire scene had no color -except for the beings trapped in the cages. They were beautiful. Bright. Full of color. I saw pixies, some kind of emotional energies, and other vibrant beings. They stood out painfully against the greyness.
The humans, or what looked like humans, were dressed like knights on horses. Also ash grey. One of them came close and poked me with something, testing me.
I saw the whole thing and something inside me said: “I cannot let it be like this.”
That’s when I changed. I turned into something else – celestial, or angelic. Call it whatever you want. But I broke the cage open and stepped out.
I took out a sword, and used it to fight. I kicked the soldier off the horse, jumped on, and started riding alongside the procession, cutting the cages open, one after the other. Destroying them. Freeing the beings inside.
They started chasing me. The soldiers. I opened a portal and told everyone to go – quicker. Don’t wait. Just go. I’d hold them back.
Then the horse I was riding started talking to me. He said he didn’t like it there. He wanted to leave, too.
I took off the bridle that was on his mouth – and suddenly he started to change. He turned white. He was turning into a unicorn. Maybe he had been hiding in that form the whole time. Maybe that’s why he wanted me to take him away.
I yelled again for everyone to run to the portal and told them not to worry about me. I’d hold them off.
I fought the soldiers and finally jumped through the portal and closed it behind me.
We landed in a different place. Everything was colorful. Everything was filled with gratitude. The horse had fully transformed into a unicorn. Everything felt alive again.
But I couldn’t rest. Because deep down, I knew – something bad is still going on back there. And I need to go back. I need to help more.
