What I love about Andrew’s cooking is that it’s all so simple and easy to follow. His videos are short, straight to the point, and super quick—no long, complicated steps. Everything he makes is packed with flavor and color, and it’s like he puts so much thought into creating these vibrant, spicy meals. Most of his recipes are even one-pot, so they’re perfect for meal prepping. The dishes are quick, but they’re still packed with nutrients, which is exactly what I’m all about. I’m also a huge fan of his anti-inflammatory dinner recipes—they’ve been a game changer for me.

So far, I’ve only tried a couple of his dishes, but I’m excited to try more. I really hope Andrew comes out with a cookbook soon. I’d love to add it to my collection, and I can’t wait to see what else he has up his sleeve. If you’re looking for quick, flavorful meals that will make your taste buds sing and are easy enough for anyone to cook, Andrew Bernard is your guy.
